Your local
heavy lifter.
My name is Ty Littlefield. I was born and raised in Utah, and I’m currently attending BYU. When I’m not studying or delivering salt, I enjoy camping, tennis, and hanging out with friends.
I started Salt Donkey to help Orem and Provo neighbors spend less time on errands and more time doing what they love. I’d be happy to take this chore off your list.

Not for porch delivery, as long as we have an agreed place to leave the bags. For an indoor refill, someone needs to provide access at the arranged time.
Will all three bags fit in my softener?
Not always. Tank sizes and recommended fill levels vary. We add only what your model needs and leave unopened extra bags in an agreed storage spot.
How often will you deliver?
Your plan schedules a delivery every month on your neighborhood route. Need more time to use your salt? Request a skip in your account at least two days before delivery. A skip is confirmed when it’s approved, and it does not extend your plan term.
When will I be charged?
Nothing is charged with your delivery request, and the request does not start a subscription. Once availability is confirmed, you securely save your payment method during enrollment. Your card is charged the day before each scheduled delivery. Prices are per delivery, before applicable tax.
How do the 6- and 12-month plans work?
Both plans have monthly deliveries and renew automatically for the same term. The 12-month plan saves $1 on every bag, including the three bags in the base price. You pay per delivery, with no annual prepayment.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Manage your bag count, delivery option, and notes in your account. Changes and skip requests close two days before delivery. Canceling stops future unbilled deliveries immediately and prevents renewal. For an already charged delivery, please contact us.
What salt do you deliver?
Your salt product and bag weight will be shown before enrollment. If your softener requires a particular product, contact Ty before signing up.
